Artworks and Prices

Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS- Artworks may include a sign.- Prices are subject to change.- Artstyle is subject to change.- I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.PAYMENT- Currency to be used is USD.- Paid through PayPal.- Commissions are paid 50% upfront, then 50% after sketch approval OR 100% upfront- Do not send me the payment before I agree to give you the slot and requested you to send me the payment.PROCESS- I will notify you when I begin the commission. (You won't be able to get a refund)- During the process, you may inquire me for reviews and work-in-progress images. These images may not be fully shown and may be smaller.- The time to finish your commission may take 2 weeks to 4 months depending on various factors such as mental/physical health, complexity of the commission, outside factors, and etc.- Once the commission is finished, I will notify you and send the full-resolution image.REVISIONS- I will make up to 3 minor changes during the process of the commission.- Revision prices may vary depending on the change.- Revision prices range from 5% to 20% of the final price.USAGE POLICYI Gatomos, the artist, may use the artwork to:- Promote myself everywhere.- Post it on any/all social media.- Reuse and/or recycle elements like the poses and backgrounds.- Modify or transform the artwork.The buyer is allowed to:- Promote yourself everywhere. You may credit me (they are appreciated).- Post it on any/all social media.The buyer is NOT allowed to:- Modify or transform using AI.REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a refund.- If you cancel your order before I started the commission, the buyer can get a refund.- If the buyer is getting a refund, I will transfer the money myself through PayPal.
